Lisa brings over 15 years of consulting experience helping leaders and teams become more effective and supportive. Her current doctoral research focuses on developing an empirical framework for effective spoken positive feedback that enhances both relational qualities and task performance. Lisa holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

Kevin is an Executive Leadership Fellow at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, where he teaches applied leadership in graduate courses. His research focuses on leadership coachability, executive derailment, and contemporary talent development. Kevin's 34-year corporate career includes leadership roles at General Electric and General Mills, where he was recognized as CLO of the Year by Chief Learning Officer magazine.

Pete is an accomplished coach and facilitator with 25+ years of experience and over 5,000 hours of individual coaching. As co-creator of the Shift Positive 360® and co-author of the #1 New Release "Feedback Reimagined," Pete combines positive psychology principles with executive coaching to help leaders, teams, and organizations thrive. He is one of the first 200 people worldwide to earn a Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
