Our approach to learning and development revolves around experiential methods, ensuring an interactive and immersive experience. It also involves a spectrum of activities that include: breakout sessions, interactive participant role-playing, live coaching demonstrations, and engaging group exercises.
Additionally, we emphasize individual debrief periods that allow you to not only practice the approach but also reflect on the shifts in your own mindset as the training progresses. This comprehensive journey ensures both hands-on learning and self-awareness, resulting in a holistic and impactful learning experience. You can't change the experience of feedback without changing yourself.
Our certification is offered in-person and virtually.
