We believe in an experiential approach to learning and development, so we promise an interactive two sections. Section one is a focus on the model—how Shift Positive 360® was developed—the why behind the approach. We will cover the relevant Positive Psychology and Systems Support research that backs up this uniquely effective approach while taking a close look at each aspect of the narrative interview. Section two focuses on the methodology—how the Shift Positive 360® has changed the way people experience feedback and how you too can bring this approach to your clients or organization.
Through breakouts, participant role play, live coaching demos, interactive group exercises, and a focus on personal debrief time you will have ample time to practice this approach while also reflecting on how YOU are experiencing your own mindset shifts throughout the training.
In the certification process you will:
You will receive 8.0 core competencies and 7.0 resource development CCEs from ICF for completion of this training.
You will receive some pre-work to complete with another participant in advance of the training. Please be sure to have this completed by the time you arrive as it will be used during each section of the training. More details to follow on the assignment and your partner after you have registered.
